What we collect
When you fill out a form, call us, text us, or email us, we collect what you give us, typically: name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your property and selling situation. If you don't give us that information, we can't help you, but you're never required to.
Our website also automatically collects standard analytics data: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/region from your IP), browser type, and how you interact with the site. This is industry-standard analytics and helps us improve the site.
If you arrive at our site from a Google Ad or other paid campaign, we may capture campaign tracking parameters (UTM tags, gclid) so we know which campaigns are working. These travel with your form submission.
How we use it
To respond to you. We use your name, phone, email, and property info to call or email you back about your inquiry. We may text you if you provided a phone number, since text is often faster than email.
To prepare options for you. We use the property information you share to research the property, compare market data, and prepare the direct-offer, as-is strategy, or full-market listing analysis you asked for.
To follow up. If we don't connect on the first attempt, we may follow up a few times by phone, text, or email. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.
To improve our service. We use aggregate analytics data (not your personal info) to understand which pages help sellers most and improve the site over time.
Tools we use
We use third-party services to operate the site and follow up with you. We share only what's needed for the tool to do its job. These may include:
- Netlify, hosts our website and processes form submissions.
- Email service providers (e.g., Gmail, Resend), to send and receive email with you.
- SMS providers (e.g., Twilio), to text you if you've provided a phone number.
- CRM and automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Make.com), to organize leads and follow-ups.
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, for advertising tracking and site analytics.
- Title and escrow companies, only if you decide to move forward with selling, and only with your consent.
We don't sell your personal information to anyone. Ever.
Sharing with investor partners
If you ask us to evaluate a direct investor-offer option and you consent, we may share your property details with the specific disclosed investor partner being considered for that offer. We do not use your submission to publicly market, advertise, or privately shop an unlisted property to a limited buyer group. You'll always know which path we're recommending and why before any sharing happens.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses standard cookies for site functionality and analytics. We may use Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel for measuring ad effectiveness. These cookies don't identify you personally and you can disable them in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you

This site is for adults (18+) interested in selling real estate. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
