We do not publicly market, advertise, or privately shop an unlisted property to a limited buyer group. If a full-market listing is the right path, we use NWMLS-compliant public and MLS exposure. We are not paid the same way in each scenario, and we will tell you that too.
No agency relationship without an agreement
Sending us a form, calling, or texting does not create an agency relationship between you and Alican Bodur or Windermere Real Estate. A formal listing agreement, buyer agency agreement, or purchase and sale agreement creates that relationship. Until those are signed, our conversations are exploratory.
