What we collect
We collect information you submit through our forms, including your name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred selling path, timeline, and any optional property details you choose to provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you, compare potential selling options, maintain business records, improve the website, and comply with legal and brokerage obligations.
Our website also automatically collects standard analytics data: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city/region from your IP), browser type, and how you interact with the site.
If you arrive at our site from a Google Ad or other paid campaign, we may capture campaign tracking parameters (UTM tags, gclid) so we know which campaigns are working.
How we use it
To respond to you. We use your name, phone, email, and property info to call or email you back about your inquiry. We may contact you by text message where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
To prepare options for you. We use the property information you share to research the property, compare market data, and prepare the direct-offer, as-is strategy, or full-market listing analysis you asked for.
To follow up. If we don't connect on the first attempt, we may follow up a few times using contact methods you provided, where permitted by law and consistent with any consent you gave. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will.
To improve our service. We use aggregate analytics data (not your personal info) to understand which pages help sellers most and improve the site over time.
Tools and service providers we use
We use service providers to operate the website and process inquiries, including Google Sheets, Gmail/Google Workspace, Make.com, OpenAI, and Google Analytics. These providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, workflow automation, internal analysis, communications, analytics, security, and recordkeeping. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use AI
We may use artificial intelligence tools, including OpenAI, to help internally summarize and analyze reduced lead-intake information. We limit the information sent for AI analysis where practical and use it only for internal business purposes, such as organizing inquiry details and identifying possible selling options. AI analysis is not a legal, tax, lending, appraisal, or financial opinion and is not used to make a binding offer or eligibility decision without human review.
Sharing information for a proposed direct purchase
If a specifically identified co-investor, capital provider, service provider, or other transaction participant is involved in evaluating, funding, documenting, or closing a proposed direct purchase, we may share property-related information with that participant only as reasonably necessary for that transaction purpose.
We do not use a seller's submission for unrelated solicitation, investor-list circulation, private property marketing, or buyer-matching services. Sensitive personal information is shared only when reasonably necessary for the transaction purpose and appropriately authorized.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses standard cookies for site functionality and analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure site usage and understand how sellers use the site. These cookies don't identify you personally and you can disable them in your browser settings.
SMS and contact opt-out
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, OPT OUT, or REVOKE. You may also ask us not to call or email you by contacting us directly. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business and brokerage records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud or misuse. If your inquiry becomes part of a real estate transaction, offer, listing, valuation, negotiation, or brokerage-service record, we may retain related records for at least the period required by Washington real estate recordkeeping rules and our brokerage policies. We may retain limited information as necessary to honor opt-out, deletion, suppression, legal, and compliance requests.
Deletion requests
You may request that we delete or remove personal information you submitted by contacting us at offers@cascadehomeoptions.com. We will review and respond to your request using reasonable identity-verification measures. We may retain information where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, brokerage, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, security, or opt-out obligations. If we have shared your information with service providers for processing, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion or restriction of the information where legally required and technically feasible.
Health and sensitive information
We do not intentionally request health or medical information. Our forms include a reminder not to share sensitive health information. If you voluntarily include health-related information in an open-text field, we will use it only as necessary to respond to your inquiry, will avoid using it for marketing segmentation, and may delete or restrict it when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Just reply to any message we've sent you, or email offers@cascadehomeoptions.com with your request. We'll handle it within a reasonable time.

This site is for adults (18+) interested in selling real estate. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
